WW: TUNA PATTIES

2 can tuna, 6oz
3 each egg whites
3 tablespoon dried bread crumbs
4 each scallions, sliced
2 tablespoon minced parsley
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

In a medium bowl combine drained tuna, egg whites, bread crumbs, scallions, parsley, and pepper. Shape the mixture into 4 equal patties. Spray a large nonstick skillet and heat. Add patties and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side. Per serving: calories 137, total fat 1 G, saturated fat 0 G, cholesterol 32 MG, sodium 462 MG, carbohydrate 5 G, fiber 1 G, protein 26 G, calcium 24 MG, points 3.
