Baked Sliced Potatoes

4 each large baking potatoes
1 each stick butter
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup parmisan cheese
2 tablespoon parsley flakes
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Peel potatoes, and cut lengthwise, into 1/4 inch slices. Place potato slices so that they overlap in a large buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Cut butter into small pieces and dot over top of potatoes. Sprinkle with parmisan cheese and parsley flakes. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees, 1 1/2 hours, or until potatoes are done.
Yield: 8 servings
