WW: TURKEY LASAGNA

2 teaspoon olive oil
10 oz ground turkey breast
1 each onion, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes, 28oz
1 can tomato paste, 6oz
1/4 cup grated parmisan cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon sugar
12 each no boil lasagna noodles
2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1 cup part skim motzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet or dutch oven. Add turkey and onion, cook stirring as needed until turkey is browned and onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, parmisan cheese, basil, oregano, and sugar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered until flavors are blended, about 5 minutes. Spoon 1/3 of sauce into the bottom of a sprayed 13-9 inch baking pan. Top with 3 noodles, spread with half of the cottage cheese, and top with 3 more noodles. Repeat layering once more, ending with sauce. Sprinkle the motzarella cheese evenly on top. Bake covered, 1 hour. Uncover and bake until heated through and golden, about 10 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
