WW: VEGETABLE SOUP

2/3 cup sliced carrots
1 1/2 cup diced onion
2 each garlic cloves, minced
3 cup broth, beef, chicken, or veg
1 1/2 cup diced green cabbage
1/2 cup green beans
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup diced zucchini

In large sauce pansprayed with cooking spray, cook carrot, onion, and garlic, over low heat until tender, about 5 minutes. Add broth, cabbage, green beans, tomato paste, basil, oregano, and salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer covered, about 15 minutes or until green beans are tender. Stir in zucchini, and heat 3 to 4 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 4, 1 cup servings. 0 points per serving.
