2 each apples, cored, diced
1 cup grapes, halved
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 each celery stalk, diced
1/4 cup wallnuts, chopped
2 tablespoon raisins
1 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
In a medium bowl combine apples, grapes, yogurt, celery, wallnuts, raisins, and lemon juice. Serve, sprinkled with cinnamon. Per serving: calories 154, total fat 5 G, saturated fat 1 G, cholesterol 1 MG, sodium 52 MG, carbohydrate 25 G, fiber 3 G, protein 5 G, calcium 133 MG, points 3.
