WW: WHITE WHISPER PASTA

2 teaspoon olive oil
2 cup sliced mushrooms
3 teaspoon minced garlic, in a jar
1/2 cup skim milk
1/3 cup nonfat cottage cheese
3 tablespoon fresh basil
3 tablespoon parsley leaves
2 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup grated parmisan cheese
2 tablespoon grated osiago cheese
4 cup fucilli
1/2 lb green beans

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add mushrooms and garlic, and cook until mushrooms release their liquid, 4-5 minutes. In a blender or food processor, puray milk, cottage cheese, basil, parsley, flour, and oregano. Add this mixture to the mushroom mixture. Stir in parmisan and ausiago cheeses, and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes. Meanwhile, cook pasta, adding the green beans during the last 4 minutes of cooking. Drain, and transfer to a large bowl. Immediately top with the mushroom sauce and toss to coat. Per serving: calories 326, total fat 8 G, saturated fat 4 G, cholesterol 16 MG, sodium 383 MG, carbohydrate 44 G, fiber 2 G, protein 18 G, calcium 300 MG, points 7.
