Zuchini Bread

3 each eggs
2 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cup grated zuchini
2 cup flour
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup chopped nuts

Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar, oil, and vanilla. Stir in zuchini and flour. Add cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and baking powder. Beat until mixed thoroughly. Add nuts. Pour batter in 2 greased and floured baking loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
