SQUASH CASSEROLE

2 pkgs Yellow Squash, cooked & drained (or the equivalent fresh squash)

1 large onion grated

1 Cup Sour Cream

1 Can Cream of Chicken soup

2 carrots, grated

1 pkg Pepperidge Farm Dressing

1/2 Cup Melted butter

Combine squash, onion, sour cream, soup and carrots in 13 x 9 baking dish.  Mix dressing and melted butter, and place over top of squash mixture.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Yield: 8 servings
