Banana Cranberry Walnut Bread

Ingredients

1 cup water
2 Tbsp margarine
1/4 cup molasses
1 cup banana(s)
1 tsp table salt
1 1/2 cup whole-grain wheat flour
2 cup bread flour
2 Tbsp nonfat dry milk
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup uncooked quick oats
1/3 cup dried cranberries
2 1/2 tsp yeast

Instructions

Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in order suggested by manufacturer. Program for Whole Wheat Bread, Medium Crust color. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.

This is a wet dough because of the banana.  Adjust dough with additional flour, adding 1 Tbsp at a time to make a soft ball while kneading.
