Raisin Bread

Raisins and cinnamon make this bread a breakfast favorite.

 

1 lb. Loaf

3/4 cup Water

2 tablespoons Oil

1 tablespoon Sugar

1 teaspoon Salt

1 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon

2 1/4 cups Bread flour

1/3 cup Raisins

1 1/2 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast

 

1 1/2 lb. Loaf

1 cup Water

3 tablespoons Oil

4 teaspoons Sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons Salt

2 teaspoons Cinnamon

3 cups Bread flour

1/2 cup Raisins

2 1/4 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast

 

2 lb. loaf

1 1/3 cups Water

1/4 cup Oil

2 tablespoons Sugar

2 teaspoons Salt

1 tablespoon Cinnamon

4 cups Bread flour

2/3 cup Raisins

1 tablespoon Active Dry Yeast

 

Have all ingredients at room temperature and place in the bread pan in the order listed. Select a normal, basic, or white bread setting. Be sure to check your dough consistency after 5 minutes of kneading. The dough should be in a soft, slightly tacky ball. If it is too dry, add water, 1 tablespoon at a time; too wet, add flour.
