Chicken Fajitas

3 oz skinless, boneless, cooked chicken, cut into bite size pieces

1 cup each sliced onion and bell pepper

1/2 cup salsa

Two 6' corn tortillas

1/4 cup fat-free sour cream

 

In nonstick skillet sprayed with nonstick spray, cook vegetables until lightly browned.  Add the chicken and salsa; cook until heated.  Microwave tortillas on High 15 minutes; fold in half.  Serve with sour cream.  Per serving: 364 calories; 4 grams fat; 7 grams fiber.  7 points.
