Chicken Cacciatore

3 oz skinless, boneless, cooked chicken, cut into bite size pieces

2 cups sliced onion, bell pepper and mushrooms

1 tsp minced garlic

3/4 cup marinara sauce

1/2 cup cooked instant brown rice or whole-wheat pasta

 

In nonstick skillet sprayed with nonstick spray, cook vegetables and garlic until lightly browned.  Add the chicken and sauce; cook until heated through.  Serve over rice or pasta.
