Taco Salad

1 cup turkey chili

2 cups tossed salad

2 Tbsp shredded low-fat cheddar cheese

 

In microwave-safe container, loosely cover chili and microwave on HIGH 1-2 minutes.  Spoon over tossed salad.  Sprinkle with shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese; toss.

 

Per serving:  275 calories; 13 grams fat; 6 grams fiber.  6 points.
