1 boneless, cooked chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces

1/2 cup instant brown rice, cooked

1/2 cup mixed vegetables

1/2 tsp dry bouillon granules

 

Cut chicken breast into bite-size pieces and place in microwave-safe dish.  Add rice, vegetables, and dry bouillon granules; stir to combine.  Cover loosely, microwave on HIGH 2-3 minutes, until heated through.

 

Per serving:  203 calories; 4 grams fat; 5.8 grams fiber.  6 points.
