Garlic Knots

1 oz refrigerated bread dough

1/4 tsp olive oil

1/2 tsp minced garlic

 

Shape refrigerated bread dough into 8" log, then tie into a knot.  Coat with oil, then sprinkle with garlic.  Bake at 350 degrees in toaster oven until golden, 9-10 minutes.  Serve warm.
