Tuna-Pasta Salad

3/4 cup cooked pasta

1/2 cup diced red pepper

2 oz tuna drained

1 Tbsp red onion, chopped

1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise

 

In mixing bowl combine pasta, pepper, tuna, and rd onion.  Add mayonnaise and mix well.  Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered, until chilled.

 

Per serving:  265 calories; 2.5 grams fat; 2 grams fiber.  5 points.
