Orange Trifle

1/2 slice angel food cake

1/2 cup mandarin orange slices, drained, reserving juice

1 tsp peach schnapps

1/4 cup sugar-free vanilla pudding (prepared with fat-free milk)

2 Tbsp fat-free whipped topping

 

Cut angel food cake into bite-size pieces; place on dessert plate.  In cup, combine reserved juice and peach schnapps; pour over cake.  Top with orange sections, pudding, and topping.

 

Per serving:  198 calories; 1 gram fat; 1 gram fiber.  4 points.
