Chicken Dijon

1 skinless, boneless, chicken breast, uncooked

1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

1 Tbsp honey

1/4 tsp dill

 

Preheat toaster over to 400 degrees.  In cup combine mustard, honey, and dill.  On sheet of foil sprayed with nonstick spray, bake chicken 12-12 minutes, turning once and basting each side with some of the sauce.  Serve topped with remaining sauce.

 

Per serving:  190 calories; 1.4 grams fat; 0 grams fiber.  4 points.
