1 low-fat Belgian waffle

1 1/2 Tbsp spreadable fruit

1 scoop fat-free ice cream

 

Toast low-fat Belgian waffle. Meanwhile, in microwave-safe cup microwave spreadable fruit on HIGH 10-15 seconds until warmed.  Top waffle with fat-free ice cream, then spreadable fruit.

 

Per serving:  235 calories; 1 gram fat; 0.5 grams fiber.  5 points.
