BB: TWO CHEESE FETTUCCINE PREMIVERRA

8 oz fettuccine
1 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon liquid butter buds
1 teaspoon basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon flour
1 3/4 cup skim milk
1 cup nonfat motzarella cheese
2 cup broccoli florettes
1 each red bell pepper, diced
2 tablespoon nonfat parmisan cheese

Cook fettuccine as directed on package. Meanwhile combine onion, garlic, liquid butter buds or chicken broth, basil, oregano, and pepper, in a 2 quart glass measure. Cover with vented plastic wrap, and microwave on high, for 3 minutes. Stir flour into onion mixture. Using wire whisk in a salad bowl, blend milk into mixture. Recover 2 quart measure. Using a wire whisk, stirring every 2 minutes, microwave on high, 6-7 minutes, or until thickened. Stir motzarella into mixture, and set aside. Place broccoli and bell pepper in a 1 quart casserole. Cover and microwave on high, 2-3 minutes. Drain fettuccine, , and stir reserved sauce into it, along with vegetables. Sprinkle parmisan cheese on top, and serve immediately. Per serving: fat 0.5 G, cholesterol 0 MG, fiber 1 G, calories 108, 4 percent calories from fat, proteen 6 G, carbohydrate 20 G, sodium 78 MG.
