BB: ZESTY OIL FREE SALAD DRESSING

1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
2 tablespoon wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon dejon mustard
1/4 teaspoon light salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon chopped parsley

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until mixed thoroughly. Serve on favorite salad ingredients. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Serve in 1/4 cup portions. Per serving: fat 0.1 G, cholesterol 0 MG, fiber 0.4 G, calories 26, 3 percent calories from fat, protein 2 G, carbohydrate 5 G, sodium 173 MG.
