Geoffrey's Banana Nut Bread

2 each sticks margarine
1 1/2 cup sugar

1 1/2 cup Splenda
4 each eggs
4 each bananas, mashed
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cup white flour

2 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped

Cream butter, sugar and eggs.  Mix in bananas and milk.  Add dry ingredients and mix well.  Fold in nuts.

 

Prepare 2 loaf pans with cooking spray, and pour batter in pans.  Bake at 325 degrees, 70 minutes.

Makes 2 loaves, 12-15 slices per loaf
