Baked Yellow Squash

4 each yellow squash
1 each stick butter
2 tablespoon finely chopped onion
2 tablespoon parsley flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup parmisan cheese

Cut ends from squash and slice into 1/2 inch slices. Steam unpeeled, sliced squash for about 15 minutes, or until done. Place steamed squash in 13-09 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cut butter into small pieces and sprinkle over squash. Sprinkle with onion, parsley flakes, and parmisan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees, 30 minutes.
