Macaroni and Cheese

 

1 stick butter

1, 8 oz box cream cheese

1, 16 oz box Velveeta cheese

1 small block mild cheddar cheese

1 can evaporated milk

1 cup whole milk

1 cup sour cream

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper.

1, 1 pound box elbow macaroni

 

Fill a 4 quart pot 3 fourths full of water and bring to a rapid boil. Add macaroni and cook until almost done, but still slightly chewy. Drain thoroughly and pour macaroni into a large bowl. In a large sauce pan, melt butter. Add canned milk, whole milk, cubed cream, Velveeta and cheddar cheeses. Cook and stir over medium heat until all cheese is melted. Remove pan from heat and pour over cooked macaroni. Add sour cream, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Pour macaroni and cheese mixture into a greased, 9-13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees, for 1 hour.
