Chocolate Covered Nut Clusters

 

2 cups nuts,

1 pound chocolate.

 

Place chocolate in a large, microwave safe bowl. Melt, stirring occasionally. After chocolate is completely melted, pour nuts into chocolate and stir until nuts are thoroughly coated. Scoop clusters of nuts from the bowl with a fork, tapping the fork on the side of the bowl to prevent drips and remove excess chocolate, and place clusters on waxed paper. Cool in refrigerator for 15 minutes or until hard.
