Turtles

 

24 caramels, unwrapped

1 cup pecan halves

8oz chocolate

4oz white chocolate.

 

Place unwrapped caramels into a large, microwave safe glass bowl. Heat until caramels are completely melted, stirring occasionally. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Drop tablespoonfuls of melted caramel onto baking sheet. Insert 1 pecan half into each of the 4 corners of the individual caramel portion so as to form an X. Melt Chocolate and spoon over top to cover caramel. Cool at room temperature until hard, about 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, melt white chocolate, then using a fork, drizzle white chocolate over turtles. Cool until hard.
