Fast Fixing Chocolate Chip Cake

1 pkg. devil's food cake mix

1/4 c. oil

2 eggs

1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding

6 oz. chocolate chips

powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well. Spread evenly in a 13x9 pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
