Italian Cheese Cake

1-1/2 pounds ricotta cheese

8 ounces cream cheese

3 egg yolks

1/2 cup sugar

2 tbsp. brandy

2 tbsp. vanilla

2 prepared graham cracker pie crusts

1/4 chocolate syrup

 

In large mixing bowl, combine ricotta, sugar, vanilla, egg yolks cream cheese and brandy.  Beat till well combined. Pour into pie crusts. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or till center is set.
