Mandarin Orange Cake

 

Cake:

1 pkg. yellow cake mix

1 10-oz. can undrained mandarin oranges

4 eggs

1/2 c. oil

 

Frosting:

1 15.25-oz. crushed pineapple, undrained

1 9-oz. whipped topping

1 small box instant vanilla pudding

 

Cake:

Combine cake mix, eggs, oranges, and oil. Beat 2 minutes on high; 1 minute on low. Pour into two 9" cake pans. Bake at 350F for 20 to 25 min. Let cake cool before frosting.

 

Frosting:

Combine pineapple, whipped topping, and pudding. Beat for 2 minutes.

 

Note:The cake must be completely cooled before you put the frosting on or it will melt all over the place!
