BB: FAVORITE CHICKEN MISH MASH

6 each chicken breasts, baked
3 each onions, diced
1 each bell pepper, chopped
4 each tomatoes, diced
1/8 teaspoon tobasco sauce
1 cup ketchup
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup sugar, or:
1/4 cup sugar, plus:
1 pkg sweet and low
2 cup nonfat cheddar cheese
6 each green onion stems, (chives)
3 tablespoon nonfat chicken broth

Saute onions, pepper, sugar, and garlic powder in chicken broth until vegetables are tender. Add ketchup, diced tomatoes, tobasco and worcestershire. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Place cooked chicken breasts in a large casserole dish that has been sprayed with pam. Spoon sauce over chicken breasts. Bake at 350 degrees, 15 minutes. Remove and sprinkle cheese over top. Return to oven for 5 more minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle chives on top just before serving. Per serving: fat 3.7 G, cholesterol 75 MG, fiber 3 G, calorries 303, 10 percent from fat, protein 33 G, carbohydrate 34 G, sodium 683 MG.
