BB: FAVORITE HOME MADE LOW FAT PIZZA

main dish

1 each crust, containing:
1 pkg dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon sugar, (no substitutions)
2 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon light salt
1 each basic sauce, containing:
1 can spaghetti sauce, 26oz
1 can tomato paste, 6oz
1/2 lb ground white turkey, cooked
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dry basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 each topping, containing:
1 can mushrooms, 8oz
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 1/2 cup nonfat motzarella cheese
1/4 cup nonfat parmisan cheese

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Add sugar and let stand 10 minutes. Add remaining water, flour, and salt, and beat very well until dough is completely smooth. Dough will be sticky but no kneading is required. Place dough in a bowl which has been sprayed with pam, turning once to coat entire surface. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour. Devide dough in half and let stand 10 minutes. Dough will be very elastic. Roll out into 2, 8 inch circles. Place crust dough on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with pam. Spoon sauce mixture on top of the 2 crusts. Top with any combination of the above choices. Sprinkle your choice of cheese on top. Bake at 450 degrees, 8/10 minutes. Makes 2, 4 slice pizzas. Per serving slice: fat 1.3 G, cholesterol 18 MG, fiber 4 G, calorries 256, 4 percent from fat, protein 18 G, carbohydrate 44 G, sodium 546 MG.
