BB: FAVORITE HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING

1 1/4 cup nonfat mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon cayeen pepper
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon minced garlic

Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. This dressing is good on sandwiches as well as salads. Keep about 1 week in refrigerator. Makes 2 1/2 cups. Serve in 1/4 cup portions. Per serving: fat 0.3 G, cholesterol 0 MG, fiber 0 G, calories 56, 5 percent from fat, protein 0 G, carbohydrate 14 G, sodium 372 MG.
