BB: FAVORITE NOODLE CASSEROLE

main dish

1 pkg shell noodles, 12oz
1 can whole tomatoes, 16oz
1 can tomato sauce, 15oz
1 each onion, chopped
3 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup liquid butter buds
1 single salt and pepper to taste
2 cup nonfat cheddar cheese

Cook and drain noodles. Set aside. In a sauce pan, saute onion in liquid butter buds. Add undrained tomatoes, and break apart tomatoes with a spoon. Add tomato sauce. Pour a small amount of the sauce in a bowl. Add flour to the bowl, and whisk thoroughly to blend. Add flour mixture to sauce pan. Add salt and pepper, and simmer until heated through. In a 9-13 inch Pammed casserole dish, layer sauce, noodles, and cheese. Repeat layers, with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees, 30 minutes. Per serving: fat 0.6 G, cholesterol 0 MG, fiber 2 G, calories 149, 4 percent calories from fat, protein 7 G, carbohydrate 29 G, sodium 390 MG.
