BB: FAVORITE PASTA PIZZA

1 pkg macaroni, 7oz 2 cups
1/2 cup skim milk
1 each egg beater, beaten
1/4 teaspoon light salt
1 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
1 can rotel, cut up
1 each green pepper, chopped
1 each onion, chopped
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
2 cup nonfat motzarella cheese
1/2 lb ground white turkey

Cook macaroni. Drain and set aside. In a medium bowl blend skim milk, egg beater, and salt. Add macaroni and mix well. Spread evenly onto a 15-10 inch baking sheet that has been sprayed with pam. Combine drained rotel with spaghetti sauce, and ground cooked and drained turkey. Top with green pepper, onion, mushrooms, and Italian seasoning. Top the pizza with the grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees, until hot, and the macaroni mixture isset, about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Per serving: fat 0.8 G, cholesterol 13 MG, fiber 2 G, calorries 124, 6 percent from fat, protein 11 G, carbohydrate 18 G, sodium 421 MG.
