BB: FAVORITE QUICK SPICY CHILI

1 1/2 lb ground white turkey
1 pkg onion soup
2 can mexican tomatoes
2 can ranch pinto beans
3 tablespoon chili powder
1 can spaghetti sauce, 26oz
2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon mexican seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoon minced garlic, in a jar
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Saute turkey and garlic until all pink disappears in a nonstick skillet sprayed with pam. Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 30 minutes. Per serving, with beans: fat 2 G, cholesterol 41 MG, fiber 3 G, calorries 216, 8 percent from fat, protein 24 G, carbohydrate 25 G, sodium 1147 MG. Per serving without beans: fat 1.9 G, cholesterol 41 MG, fiber 2.5 G, calorries 178, 10 percent from fat, protein 21.7 G, carbohydrate 17.9 G, sodium 961 MG.
