BB: FAVORITE RICE LASAGNA

3 cup cooked rice
2 each egg beaters
1/4 cup nonfat parmisan cheese
2 cup nonfat motzarella cheese
1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1 lb ground white turkey
1 can spaghetti sauce, 26oz
1 can mushroom pieces, 8oz
1 cup nonfat motzarella cheese

Cook rice and cool. Add egg beaters and parmisan cheese. Mix and set aside. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine cheeses, reserving 2 tablespoons of parmisan cheese. Mix well. Brown meat in microwave, covered, for 4-5 minutes. Drain off any vissible fat. Add Hunts nonfat spaghetti sauce and rinsed and drained mushrooms. Heat mixture in the microwave for 1 minute. Spoon half of the rice mixture into a 9 inch square casserole dish which has been sprayed with pam. Cover with half of the meat sauce. Repeat layers. Top with remaining 2 tablespoons parmisan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Per serving: fat 1.02 G, cholesterol 33 MG, fiber 2 G, calorries 228, 5 percent from fat, protein 26 G, carbohydrate 28 G, sodium 881 MG.
