BB: FAVORITE TURKEY MEAT LOAF

1 lb ground white turkey
2 each egg beaters
1 1/2 cup nonfat wheat cracker crumbs
3/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon accent
1 can tomato sauce, 8oz
1 pkg onion soup

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Place in a loaf pan that had been sprayed with pam. Pour an 8oz can tomato sauce over turkey meat mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Per serving: fat 0.7 G, cholesterol 27 MG, fiber 1 G, calorries 118, 6 percent from fat, protein 14 G, carbohydrate 11 G, sodium 435 MG.
