BEEF AND MUSHROOM OVEN STEW: (Stew Meat Mix)

1 1/2 cup stew meat mix
1 cup carrots, sliced, steamed
12 each pearl onions,
2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 tablespoon tapioca
2 tablespoon mustard
2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 cup tomato juice
1 cup water

Place stew meat mix, carrots, onions and mushrooms, in 2 quart casserole. In mixing bowl, combine tapioca, mustard, beef bouillon, sugar, and salt. Stir in tomato juice and water. Pour over meat and vegetables. Cover and bake at 350 degrees, 50-60 minutes, or till heated through and slightly thickened. Stir once after 30 minutes, and again before serving.

Yield: 4 servings
