Bisquick Baked Chili With Corn Meal Crust

1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon bisquick
3 tablespoon water
1 can tomatoes, 14 1/2oz
1 can olives chopped, 4 1/4oz
1 can corn, 15oz drained
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup bisquick
3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
2/3 cup milk
1 each egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook ground beef and onion, drain. Combine chili powder, 1 tablespoon Bisquick, and water. Add to beef mixture. Stir in tomatoes with juice, corn, drained olives, and salt. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Pour into greased square 8 inch baking dish, or 2 quart casserole. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture. Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown.

Yield: 8 servings
