BISQUICK BANANA BREAD]

2 each bananas, large, mashed
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoon oil
3 each eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 2/3 cup bisquick
1/2 cup nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom and sides of loaf pan. Combine bananas, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla, and eggs, in large bowl. Stir in Bisquick and nuts. Pour into loaf pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes, or until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan, and turn bread onto wire rack. Cool completely before slicing.

Yield: 12 servings
