Bisquick Belgen Waffles

2 each eggs
1 cup milk
2 1/3 cup bisquick
2 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup oil

Brush shortening on both interior cooking surfaces of Belgen Waffler before heating. Repeat after cooking each waffle. Heat both sides of waffler over medium heat until both thermometers regester between B and A of bake section. Beat eggs in small bowl for about 5 minutes, or until thick. Stir in milk. Beat in Bisquick and sugar, until mixture is smooth. Fold in oil. Pour batter by scant cupfuls on center of waffler. Bake 1 minute. Turn waffler. Bake about 2 minutes longer, or until steaming stops. Remove waffle, carefully.

Yield: 6 servings
