Bisquick Blueberry Muffins

2 cup bisquick
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoon oil
1 each egg
1 cup blueberries

PreHeat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottoms only of 12 medium muffin cups,or line with paper baking cups. Stir all ingredients except blueberries, just until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Divide batter evenly among prepared muffin cups. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.

Yield: 12 servings
