Banana Nut Bread
breads
3/4 cup water, plus
2 tablespoon water
3 tablespoon shortening
3 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup mashed ripe bananas
1/3 cup chopped nuts
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon salt
4 cup bread flour
3 tablespoon dry milk
2 teaspoon active dry yeast
To make this recipe use basic light cycle of bread maker. Makes 1 2 pound loaf.
Yield: 12 servings
