Bisquick Blueberry Pancakes

2 cup bisquick
1 cup milk
2 each eggs
1 cup blueberries

Stir all ingredients except blueberries, until blended. Fold blueberries into batter. Pour by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry, turn, cook until golden. For thinner pancakes, use 1 1/2 cups milk. Makes 14 pancakes.

Yield: 14 servings
