Bisquick Busy Day Beef Stew

1 lb ground beef
3 cup water
2 can diced tomatoes in spices
1 can tomato paste, 6oz
1 pkg frozen vegetables, 16oz
3 1/4 cup bisquick
2/3 cup milk
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cook ground beef, drain. Stir in water, tomatoes, (14 1/2oz size in olive oil, garlic, and spices), tomato paste, and mixed vegetables. Heat to boiling, stirring occationally. Remove from heat. Stir Bisquick, and milk in bowl until soft dough forms. Drop by 6 spoonfuls onto surface of hot beef mixture. Bake uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and stew is bubbly.
Yield: 6 servings
