Bisquick Coconut Pie

2 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup bisquick
1/4 cup butter
4 each eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup shreaded coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 inch pie plate. Stir all ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into prepared pie plate. Bake 50 to 55 minutes, or until golden brown, or knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Yield: 8 servings
