Bisquick Coffee Cake

2 cup bisquick
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoon sugar
1 each egg
1 each strussel topping
1/3 cup bisquick
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon butter

TOPPING: Stir together, Bisquick, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in butter with fork until mixture is crumbly. Set aside. COFFEE CAKE: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease round 9 inch pan. Stir together remaining ingredients. Spread batter in pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake 18 to 22 minutes, or until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.

Yield: 8 servings
