Bisquick Cranberry Nut Bread

2 1/3 cup bisquick
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoon grated orange peel
3 each eggs
1 cup cranberries, chopped
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon orange juice

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease bottom and sides of 9 by 5 by 3 inch loaf pan. Stir Bisquick, sugar, sour cream, oil, milk, orange peel, and eggs together. Stir in chopped cranberries and nuts. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes, or until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan, and turn bread onto wire rack. Cool loaf completely. Stir powdered sugar and milk until smooth and thin enough to drizzle. Drizzzle over bread.

Yield: 12 servings
