Bisquick Creamy Garden Squares

1 1/2 cup bisquick
1/3 cup boiling water
2 tablespoon sliced green onion
1 pkg cream cheese, 8oz
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon dry dill weed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 each assorted fresh vegetables

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Stir Bisquick, water, and green onion in medium bowl until soft dough forms. Beat 20 strokes. Using floured hands, pat dough into 13 by 9 inch baking dish. Bake about 10 minutes, or until light brown. Cool. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, dill weed, and garlic powder. Spread over baked crust. Refrigerate 2 hours. Just before serving, cut into 1 1/2 inch squares. Top each square with fresh vegetables or cheese. Suggested vegetables include: sliced mushrooms, cherry tomato halves, and chopped broccoli. Suggested cheeses include: cheddar, colby, pepper, and montary jack.
