Bisquick Easy Cheese Pitza

1 1/2 cup bisquick
1 can pitza sauce, 8oz
1 1/2 cup shreaded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup hot water

Move oven rack to lowest position. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pitza pan, or 1 large cookie sheet. Stir together Bisquick and water until soft dough forms. Roll dough into 12 inch circle, and place on cookie sheet, or pitza pan. (Dough can be rolled loosely on rolling pin, then placed on edge of pitza pan, or cookie sheet, before unrolling dough from around rolling pin, for ease in centering crust if desired). Pinch edge, forming 1/2 inch rim on crust. Spread crust with pitza sauce, and cheese. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until crust is brown and cheese is bubbly.

Yield: 4 servings
